- Search Process: Upon receiving your email, our team will initiate a thorough search of our lost property records and communicate with our drivers to locate your belongings. We’ll do our best to track down your item promptly and keep you updated throughout the process.
- Retrieval: If we successfully locate your lost property, we’ll arrange for you to collect it at a mutually convenient time and location. Depending on the circumstances, there may be a nominal fee for retrieving your item.
